"Bulletproof" was originally scheduled to air on October 2, 2011. [1] On September 27, 2011, Emma Bull announced that completion of the episode was delayed when a guest star "suffered a slight accident halfway through filming" [2]. At that time, no new air date was announced; a subsequent posting by Bull gave the date of October 16. [3]
