The Chillicothe Gamma is the unsub in episode 2x05 "Wind-Up Boogeyman".

Timeline: November 2008

Location: Chillicothe, Missouri

Age: unknown

Status: gamma

Gammanalysis

Crack: Unknown, but probably the gunshot wound to the head which blinded him

Manifestation: Seeing through the eyes of his victims (blinding them in the process).

Victims: Darrel Edwards, Karina Christopher, Roze Cutler, Lynn Van Metre and at least four others

Current status: Dead; shot by Hafidha Gates

Notes

Whoever this gamma was, he had assumed the identity of Lynn Van Metre (presumably his first victim). As of the end of "Wind-Up Boogeyman", he still had not been positively identified. Solomon Todd thought he might have been connected with Van Metre in some manner.

At the beginning of episode 2x06 "Cuckoo", we find out that at least four other bodies had been found:

Falkner snorted and shook her head. "They found another body in Chillicothe."

Reyes could almost smell rot in his indrawn breath. "That's eight, then." [1]
