Harpy

Harpy is a nickname for Daphne Worth. We don't appear to know the origin (yet) [1], but it may be because she tends to mother Chaz a bit[2].

Chronologically, the first known appearance is in a comment from her on an entry in Chaz's LiveJournal:

Providence. Coffee milk. Portugese sweet yeast bread. Happy harpy.
God, I hope we have time to go for chowder. I want chowder. [[3]].

The first appearance in an episode is in "Overkill", episode 1x07, where he and Daphne are climbing a wall in San Diego:

"Good job, Harpy." Chaz grinned, and made sure he'd taken in all the slack she just made. [4]
