Dr. Katharine Allison is a psychiatrist (or possibly psychologist) who works at Idlewood.
In the DVD extra "Tactics", Victor Celentano mentioned Dr. Allison while reminding Stephen Reyes of the high cost of the government's program.
She interviews Hafidha Gates in a mandatory talk therapy session in the DVD extra "Silence". Later, in the DVD extra "Silence", she and Hafidha discuss Hafidha's reaction to Daphne Worth's death.
