Kay Baylor

Dr. Kay Baylor is a psychiatrist who works for the FBI. She is the doctor who performs an evaluation of Daniel Brady, at Stephen Reyes's orders, after Chaz Villette ends up in Johns Hopkins Medical Center following the events in Refining Fire. She presumably knows Reyes, since she told Brady that Reyes' "level of emotional detachment passes professional and approaches pathological." [1]
