Life by Misadventure (St. Martin's Press, 1978) was the first book written by Solomon Todd. As of March 2009, it is in its thirteenth printing and continues to generate royalty checks and fan mail. [1]

Salome Todd handled Sol's fan mail "in the days when he didn't have his own regular address". Sol has since hired Geraldine to do the job, and they meet regularly on the first Sunday of every month.
