Lily Hsiung, along with her parents Peter Hsiung and Ingrid Fromberg and her twin sister Rose, were the next intended victims of Carey-Ann Petit and Tameka Santiago, the unsubs in episode 2x07 "Smoke & Mirrors".
Chaz Villette demonstrated his baby-changing skills on either Lily or Rose (the episode does not clearly state which one), to the surprise of Daniel Brady.
