Mark (last name not currently known) is the physical therapist who works with Chaz Villette as part of his rehabilitation after he gets out of Johns Hopkins Medical Center in July of 2008.

(We have only seen Mark mentioned in passing, in this LiveJournal entry of Chaz's. However, just in case he shows up in a vignette or DVD extra, he gets a wiki entry.)
