A gamma mentioned in the LiveJournals as part of the "Arkham Tour". "Mrs. Chow" is not her actual name.[1]

In this case, the bio refers to the person who had the job of being polite while lying to reporters before Lau had it.

I can't remember his name right now, though, and I'm too lazy to go look it up. Will?

ETA: Oh, wait. Peretti? Was that it?

Yep. And now that he has a name, I keep wondering what happened to him.

But I'm sure we'll find out eventually.

She was captured before either Chaz Villette or Daphne Worth joined the ACTF [3][4] (and thus well before the events of season 1).

Elizabeth Bear hints strongly that she (Mrs. Chow) ate part of a living dog, which Reyes had to put down out of mercy. [5] [6] From this, it can be inferred that Mrs. Chow eats anything and everything, which may be a part of her anomalous ability, a way of keeping up with a gamma's metabolism, or both.
