Peaches is a nickname given to Daphne Worth by Hafidha Gates.

Chronologically, its first use is in episode 1x01, "Breathe":

It was Gates. "Sorry," said Worth, and got out of the doorway.""

"What for?"

"Being in your way?"

This morning Gates's hair was doing something complex and knotted on the back of her head, and her glasses were cat's-eye shaped and blue. "Peaches, if you're in my way, I'll probably say something like, oh, 'Excuse me, you're in my way.' Now, come into my lair and let me give you chocolate." [1]
