Roger Weathers, also known as Mr. Friendly, is the gamma featured in the DVD extra "Disintegration". He is also mentioned in a number of LiveJournal entries.

- Of all the gammas captured, Weathers was "the first one who came quietly"
- When Stephen Reyes and Solomon Todd captured Weathers, they found a jar with eleven eyeballs in his refrigerator. Even assuming that ten of the eyeballs belonged to his five known victims, we don't yet know whose eyeball the eleventh is.
- Prior to the release of "Disintegration", there was speculation that "Mr. Friendly" was in fact Jason Saito.
