Salome Todd

Salome Todd is the sister of Solomon Todd, who insists on cooking twenty-three pound turkeys every Thanksgiving for only three people (herself, Solomon and their father, who "barely eats enough to keep a bird alive". [1]

Based on Sol's Thanksgiving 2008 LiveJournal entry [2], she lives in Oolitic, Indiana.

(Assuming, of course, that she isn't another one of Todd's Tall Tales. But the leftover turkey - and her yelling at Sol to peel the potatoes - implies her existence.)
