Episode 3x00 "On Faith" included a link to a page of Season 3 promos. HebrewRose identified which of the promos had since been aired (as of the airing of "Always Crashing In The Same Car") on the "Season 3 Promo, with pretty colors" topic.
Speculation
The Pigeon Gamma
During the message board discussion concerning Emma Bull's ACTF Office layout, Jim Smith noted that the office had to have windows, as "it was a major point of vulnerability when the Pigeon Gamma attacked them in Season 3". [1]
Duke's Dream
Season 3 is also when Jim predicted the Duke's Dream episode would air:
- (And let's not forget the "Duke's Dream" episode where they're riffing on the Wonder Woman thing and that's where she parks the invisible plane.) [2]

This isn't speculation so much as an early reveal; Elizabeth Bear mentioned it in response to jimsmyth's request to "Please do not use "disturbing Google juice" as the basis for an episode. Please."[4][5]
Some questions that will be answered
Emma Bull stated in a comment thread on her LJ that we would receive the answer to all the following questions (posed in response to some of the events in the season 2 finale Not Alone):
- How long did she plan that, why, and what will Chaz do, what will the big boss do, and do we really have to wait until FEBRUARY to find out more?
