The Ngs

The Ngs are Chaz Villette's next-door neighbors, Brandon and Jeff and their mother, whose first name is unknown. (Chaz only refers to her as Mrs. Ng.) Chaz babysits and tutors the boys, and in return they care for Angry Kitteh and his tomato plants when he is away.[1]
